about ...

Why going to Birubi Beach, 2½ hours drive north from Sydney, when you have so many beaches in Sydney or much closer to Sydney? The answer is that between Birubi Beach and Newcastle are one of the largest moving sand dunes in the southern hemisphere. You can experience Sahara in style.

But wait, there is more: Birubi Beach Caravan Park is very nice and in walking distance to the beach and dunes, you can go fishing, you are close to whale or dolphin watching spots, surfing, horse or quad bike riding.
